James Litchfield
James is an investment management specialist. He began his career at Grant Thornton in 1995 as a client manager in their investment management department, which involved managing the assets of the wealthiest of Grant Thornton's clients. Having attained his professional qualifications in investment management, he moved to the City of London to join the institutional desk of Capel Cure Myers (now Gerrards) which managed around £1billion of pension scheme and charity assets.

Here he evolved his role into research and risk and performance management. With a desire to move back to private client management, James moved to the specialist bank - Granville and Company and was responsible for approximately £150million of private client funds across 200 accounts. When Granville was sold in 1999, James participated in the MBO of the asset management division.

James' focus became the risk management of portfolios and the use of the widest range of investment solutions. This led him into the appreciation of the investment process within the context of the overall financial planning exercise and through this began working with Richard. They have now been working together for over 5 years.

Peter Cook
Peter is a Chartered Accountant having had over 30 years experience in industry and commerce at Board level, from Financial Director through to Managing Director and Chairman.

Peter's achievements include leading a highly successful Management Buyout of an Auto Parts company in 1994, which was acquired for £13million and subsequently sold to a NYSE company in 1996 for £21million. He then continued as Chief Executive 'post-deal', taking on responsibility for the American parent company's other European operations, which included some 600 employees. Peter reported directly to the New York based world wide president.

Peter has, since the Bank of England became independent, been a member of the East Midlands division giving regional views to the London based Monetary Policy Commission. Peter retired from full time executive office in 2003 having reached aged 65, but remains a Director and investor in two Nottingham based property companies. Peter helped to create LCM Wealth Management and is a founding shareholder. He retains the title of Chairman.

Richard Moxon
Richard is a holistic planner, tax strategy specialist and joint Managing Director.  He has around 10 years financial services industry experience - primarily in delivering bespoke tax-based solutions to very wealthy individuals and entrepreneurs, particularly using offshore and trust-based arrangements.  Richard operates in the fields of both structural planning and legislative opportunities in the tax planning field, and tends to arrange a clients affairs in advance of James constructing a suitable investment portfolio.  Richard's planning is very much from the ground up, with particularly close attention being paid to the wording of wills and associated trust documents.

In order to achieve the best results from his planning advice, Richard takes great care in getting to know the 'soft facts' of a client's circumstances - especially attitudes and preferences on succession planning and generally passing wealth to next generations.  Following a successful career with major national financial planners, Richard decided to focus his attention on delivering superior services and solutions to the ultra HNW market and helped establish LCM.
